1 Legacy Drive, Goodfield, IL 61742 · Woodford County
Call before you drive out. The National Registry lists who is certified, not when they work. Hours, walk-in policy and the exam price are set by the clinic, and DOT exams are often limited to certain days.
What to expect here
A certified chiropractor runs the exam. Fully valid for your medical card, and often cheaper than a hospital clinic.
The certified examiners here include doctors of chiropractic. Any of them can perform the exam and issue your medical certificate. FMCSA does not require a physician.
