DOT Physicals at Sanford Health Occupational Medicine

2603 E Broadway Ave, Bismarck, ND 58501 · Burleigh County

Call before you drive out. The National Registry lists who is certified, not when they work. Hours, walk-in policy and the exam price are set by the clinic, and DOT exams are often limited to certain days.

What to expect here

Set up for employer and fleet testing. Often the fastest option if your carrier already has an account, and usually appointment-only.

The certified examiners here include advanced practice registered nurses, doctors of chiropractic, medical doctors, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Any of them can perform the exam and issue your medical certificate. FMCSA does not require a physician.

  • Glasses, contacts or hearing aids if you use them. Bring them, do not just mention them.
