DOT Physicals at TriHealth Occupational Medicine

3801 Hauck Road Suite C, Cincinnati, OH 45241 · Hamilton County

Call before you drive out. The National Registry lists who is certified, not when they work. Hours, walk-in policy and the exam price are set by the clinic, and DOT exams are often limited to certain days.

What to expect here

Set up for employer and fleet testing. Often the fastest option if your carrier already has an account, and usually appointment-only.

The certified examiners here include doctors of osteopathy, medical doctors and physician assistants. Any of them can perform the exam and issue your medical certificate. FMCSA does not require a physician.
